There are two methods of commercial ozone production, Corona Discharge (CD) and Ultra Violet (UV). CD uses an electrical charge to produce ozone, that electrical charge mimics natures method of producing ozone in our atmosphere with lightening. Corona Discharge is usually not recommended for high humidity areas.UV lamps are unaffected by high humidity and require no cleaning. Ozone air treatment is best accomplished with the lowest fan CFM that allows for the best grow room air exchanges. The longer period of time the odor is exposed to the ozone the better.
