Shipping & Delivery
We some of the lowest Shipping Rates in the industry. We charge you what FedEx charges us. We don’t make money on shipping. Currently, 99% of our orders go out within 24-48 hours. We pride ourselves on prompt shipping of your products. We will ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and PO boxes. Please call for rates.

Returns & Replacements
The customer is always right. That is our motto at Midwest. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items for an exchange or receive a refund within 30 days of the purchase date, with original receipt. Packages must have a Return authorization number (RA#) or they will be returned unopened. For products that arrive to you damaged, please notify us first before taking any action and keep all packaging materials.

Ordering
Our online ordering system from is safe and secure. Our shopping basket program is provided by Magento.
  • Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an automated confirmation from Midwest Hydroponics. After your order is processed by a Midwest employee, you’ll receive another confirmation from Midwest. (During business hours) This confirmation will include a shipping date.
  • Currently, over 99% of all orders are shipped out within 24 hours. (Excluding Friday evening through Sunday morning) All shipping rates are for FedEx ground shipping. See www.fedex.com for shipping times.
  • If you don’t feel comfortable giving your credit card number over the internet then use the credit card or money order forms for fax or mail. Then you can simply mail or fax your order in. Either way, your order will be shipped the same day we receive payment.
  • Subject to approval Midwest offers COD orders.   There is an additional fee of $7.50 per box for COD orders.   Please call us at, 1-952-925-9835 or 1-888-449-2739 for instructions when ordering COD.
